About this room

We are a couple, both 27 years old, living in our own home in Overvecht, Utrecht, and we are looking for a new roommate. You will have your own private room of approximately 11 m² (about 3.2 × 3.5 m) and share the rest of the house with us. The house includes a living/dining room of around 30 m², a backyard of approximately 40 m², a front garden of around 20 m², a small bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Additional storage space may be available by arrangement. We enjoy cooking, sharing meals, drawing, gardening, boardgames, walking our dog, and occasionally hosting a barbecue or small gathering. We also have a cozy home cinema setup with a projector and large screen for movie/game nights. We share the house with a friendly 2-year-old panda shepherd mix, who loves to cuddle on the couch. Bringing your own pets is possible as well!
